Integrity Law Limited was formed in 2020 when Richard Watling,  the sole director purchased the longstanding Papatoetoe firm from the retiring Alistaire Hall. In February 2023 Integrity Law purchased the firm Swayne McDonald which had operated from Manurewa for 43 years. Devon McDonald lawyer, remains with Integrity Law as a consultant and operates from the Botany Junction office.

In August 2024 Integrity Law purchased the firm Sinisa Law Ltd which had operated from Otahuhu premises since 2003 and Ric Sinisa the sole director came on board at Integrity Law as a co-director with Richard Watling.

Integrity Law, as a result has a catchment that spreads from Otahuhu south through Papatoetoe to Manurewa and eastward to Botany  and has strong client relationships that go back four decades.
