Experienced legal aid Lawyer

Following our acquisition of Swayne McDonald, we continue to build on a long-standing presence in the community and are now seeking a Legal Aid Lawyer to join us in early 2026.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer with a passion for legal aid work to develop their career in a collaborative and client-focused environment. You will work across a variety of matters and play a key role in delivering accessible legal services to our community.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years PQE
Experience in Legal Aid matters (preferred)
Background in conveyancing and/or general practice
Strong client management and communication skills
Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach
Willingness to mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Strong IT skills and adaptability
